These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantum AI India website (quantumai.io.in) and the registration services offered through it. By submitting the registration form on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to register on Quantum AI India. You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person, are not on any sanctions list, and that the funds you intend to deposit come from lawful sources. You are responsible for ensuring that participation in international online trading is permitted for you under your local regulations.

2. Nature of the Service

Quantum AI India is an information and registration platform. We provide content about AI-assisted trading and facilitate your introduction to international brokers. We do not ourselves provide brokerage services, do not hold your funds, do not execute trades, and are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. The actual trading relationship is between you and the broker that opens your account.

3. Broker Relationship

After registration, your information is forwarded to a connected international broker who will contact you to complete KYC and open your trading account. The broker is responsible for the trading platform, custody of funds, deposit and withdrawal processing, and regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction. Disputes about trading execution, account balances, withdrawals, and broker-side service must be raised with the broker directly.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on quantumai.io.in is intended as personal investment advice. Content is for informational and educational purposes only. Profit examples, the calculator on the homepage, testimonials, and any historical data are illustrative and do not guarantee future results. Always conduct your own research and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making financial decisions in Indian markets.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; submit false registration information or impersonate another person; attempt to interfere with the website's operation, security, or data; reverse-engineer the platform; scrape content for commercial republishing; or use the service while on any sanctions list. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Quantum AI India or its licensors and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without our prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial reference.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Quantum AI India, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of or inability to use the website or services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 10,000.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quantum AI India harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the service, your registration information, or your trading activity through the connected broker.

10. Modification and Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the website at our discretion, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
