Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 11 May 2026
1. General Risk Warning
Quantum AI is an AI-assisted trading platform that connects Indian users with international brokers offering trading in Contracts for Difference (CFDs) and similar leveraged instruments across crypto, forex, commodities, and indices. These products are complex, highly volatile, and high-risk. Past performance of the AI, whether shown in dashboards, marketing material, or testimonials, is not a guarantee of future results.
2. Risk of Capital Loss
Markets move in both directions. The AI executes positions based on probability, not certainty. Losing trades are an unavoidable part of any trading strategy. You can lose a portion or all of your deposited capital. In extreme adverse market conditions, losses can exceed your initial deposit on margin-based products, although most brokers offer negative balance protection for retail clients — check with your broker.
3. Leverage Risk
CFD products can be traded with leverage. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. A small adverse price movement can result in a large percentage loss of your capital. Indian users in particular should be cautious about leveraged products, which are subject to specific RBI guidelines on foreign exchange.
4. Volatility
Crypto and forex markets can experience rapid and unpredictable price swings driven by macro events, geopolitical news, regulatory announcements, or large institutional flows. Such volatility may exceed normal expectations and impact the AI's performance in any given period.
5. Technology Risk
The AI relies on data feeds, execution servers, internet connectivity, and broker platforms. Any outage, latency, or technical issue may delay or prevent trade execution and cause unexpected losses. Quantum AI is not liable for losses resulting from third-party technical failures.
6. Regulatory Risk for Indian Users
Quantum AI does not claim SEBI registration. Trading on international markets through offshore brokers carries regulatory and tax implications under Indian law, including FEMA, RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme guidelines, and tax provisions on foreign income. Indian users should consult a qualified Chartered Accountant or tax advisor before participating, and ensure their participation is compliant with applicable Indian regulations.
7. Counterparty Risk
Your trading account and funds are held by an international broker, not by Quantum AI. Should the broker face insolvency or regulatory issues in its jurisdiction, recovery of funds may be subject to local laws and may not be guaranteed. Choose to fund only with amounts you can afford to lose.
8. No Guarantee of Profit
Profit figures shown on the homepage, in the profit calculator, in testimonials, or in marketing material are illustrative averages or individual cases — not guarantees. The calculator on the homepage uses an assumed average daily return of 3.8%, which is a historical average and not a forward commitment. Actual returns will vary widely and may be negative.
9. Suitability
AI-assisted trading on international markets is not suitable for everyone. Before registering, consider your: financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, trading experience, and ability to absorb losses. If unsure, do not register and seek professional financial advice instead.
10. Acknowledgement
By registering on Quantum AI India, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure. You acknowledge that all trading decisions executed through your account — whether by you or by the AI on your behalf — are at your sole risk and responsibility.
