Quantum AI India ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit quantumai.io.in or register for the platform, how we use that information, and the choices you have under Indian privacy law and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

1. Information We Collect

When you register on Quantum AI India, we collect the following information directly from you: first name, last name, email address, country, and phone number. This is the minimum information needed to create your account and connect you with a broker. We also collect tracking parameters from your visit (UTM tags, affiliate sub-IDs, click identifiers such as gclid or msclkid) to attribute referrals.

Automatically, we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, basic analytics, and conversion tracking. We do not collect bank account numbers, card details, or PAN information on this website — those are collected by the broker directly during the KYC and funding process.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: create your Quantum AI account, route your registration to the connected broker, send you confirmation and onboarding emails, provide customer support, attribute marketing referrals, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud. We do not sell your data to third parties. We share your registration data with the connected broker because that is the entire purpose of the platform — the broker provides the trading account and holds your funds.

3. Legal Basis under Indian DPDPA

We process your personal data under the legal basis of consent (you voluntarily submit the registration form) and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service delivery, security). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@quantumai.io.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before your request.

4. Data Sharing

We share your registration details with: (a) the connected international broker that will hold your funds and execute trades; (b) email and SMS service providers to deliver communication; (c) analytics and marketing attribution providers in anonymized form; (d) law enforcement or regulators if legally required. Brokers are required by their own jurisdiction to follow strict KYC and AML protocols.

5. Data Retention

We retain your registration data for as long as your account is active, plus a minimum of seven years after closure for legal and tax compliance purposes. Marketing tracking data is retained for two years. You can request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your Rights

As a data principal under DPDPA you have the right to access, correct, update, and erase your personal data; the right to withdraw consent; the right to nominate someone to exercise your rights in case of incapacity; and the right to register a grievance. To exercise these rights, email support@quantumai.io.in with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for personal data at rest, restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis, and regular security audits. We never store payment card details on our own servers. Despite reasonable measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Quantum AI India is only for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has registered, we will delete the account and associated data.

9. Cookies

We use cookies for: session management, security, conversion tracking, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the registration flow may not work correctly without them. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies on this website.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
